Sizing

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

We recommend measuring your dog’s neck where you'd like the collar to naturally sit. Use a soft measuring tape and make sure you can comfortably fit two fingers between the tape and your dog’s neck.

What if I choose the wrong size?

We offer exchanges for unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

What's the difference between martingale and buckle collars?

Martingale collars provide gentle control and help prevent dogs from slipping out by tightening slightly when tension is applied. They’re a great option for dogs with narrower heads, like greyhounds. Please note that martingale collars should only be used while supervised and removed during unsupervised activities.

Buckle collars fasten with a clasp and stay at a fixed size, making them ideal for everyday wear and holding ID tags.

We recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water and allowing the collar to air dry flat.

Can my dog wear this collar all the time?

We recommend removing collars during unsupervised periods, including crate time or situations where the collar could become caught.

Is this collar suitable for strong pullers?

Our collars are designed for everyday, light wear and walking. For dogs that pull excessively, we recommend consulting a trainer to determine the best collar or harness solution for your dog’s needs.
