Processing Time
Our current processing time is approximately 5-7 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
The Finer Fawn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Finer Fawn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Finer Fawn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
